Joint Audit Committee

IDFA is a member of the Joint Audit Committee (JAC) which is a voluntary, cooperative organization comprised of a number of derivatives exchanges and IDFA.

The JAC's primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation and functioning of all terms and conditions of the Joint Audit Agreement and to determine the practices and procedures to be followed by each designated self-regulatory organization in the conduct of regulatory examinations and financial reviews of futures commission merchants (FCM).
